  • Fish Tacos on Cast Iron Griddle

I stepped out of my comfort zone tonight... This is the first time ever grilling fish.... The cast iron griddle made it easy peasy.... It won't be the last.... This was an outstanding dinner. Everything but the chips was homemade.....

Looks FANTASTIC! What fish is that on the grill and what is that seasoning? We do a lot of fish tacos and normally use tilapia and the trimmings pretty much the same coleslaw and homemade pico. We love em!!!!!!

        Cheers,
        OR
