I've had my big Joe since July and have spent most of my time on the forum watching the rest of you cook. There's been a bit of a lull lately so I figured I'd share my meal from this evening. The wife was at a steakhouse with her work and I got jealous, so I picked up a prime ribeye for myself and did a quick sear at 500 degrees, then moved it to indirect. It was delicious.
