    I've had my big Joe since July and have spent most of my time on the forum watching the rest of you cook. There's been a bit of a lull lately so I figured I'd share my meal from this evening. The wife was at a steakhouse with her work and I got jealous, so I picked up a prime ribeye for myself and did a quick sear at 500 degrees, then moved it to indirect. It was delicious.

    Nicely done. Looks delicious. It's 2AM, and now I'm hungry for steak.

          well done, it looks delicious. I also want to try new recipe of boneless ribeye this weekend, going to invite my friends for dinner. I even ordered new cutlery and crockery here to make it on the highest level. Want to impress my friends with my cooking skills.
